.....and we danced
I am so thankful for these last three months that Dave has felt better and, I, unfortunately, have begun to take things for granted (normalcy will do that to a person) until that is, last night....last night......we danced. I can't even remember the song as I was so taken by the fact....we danced. We didn't dance very well as we were both concerned about Dave tipping over (he doesn't have the best coordination with his neuropathy, and he had me as his dancing partner), but ......we danced. I put my head on his shoulder, he held me tight and ......we danced. Nothing else mattered......we just danced. I only wish I had a picture. Thank you God for the dance!

SNOW, SNOW GO AWAY
As you can see from yesterdays pictures, we have had our fair share of winter. Today, it is sunny, but a bit cold. Dave has been busy in the shop and doing quite well. He was hoping to make it to Oregon at the end of April to see our granddaughter, Jourdan, play some amazing softball, but he is scheduled for his next round of chemo at that time. Looks like we will have to postpone that until a little later. Let's hope for better weather!

SPARE TIME

ENJOYMENT
I honestly wondered if we would ever get out of town without it being for a medical reason. Now, we have reason to celebrate!!! Dave and I tagged along with Orland and Jan to a fun-filled weekend in Spokane. As you can see by the pics, we ended up at a motorycle show!! Of course, Dave was in his element and the only thing that could have made it any better would have been Dave's purchase of a cycle. Of course, that didn't happen, but it was fun looking, laughing and forgetting about cancer. We actually felt "normal". Dave held up well and went all day without sitting down or falling down! It was a weekend we will always cherish with faithful friends. Sorry, Jan, I just had to throw that in.
Upcoming I will post a few pictures showing what Dave has been doing in his spare time. He just continues to amaze me! Stayed tuned for more!
