Company Coming

We are so excited to see our youngest daughter, Molly, and our grandchildren, Stella and Sully. They will be arriving tomorrow - that will really lift our spirits! Dave keeps gaining weight and has gained 6 lbs. since our arrival, which is great. He's settling in and has relaxed. His blood counts are continuing to rise (good sign)and he is feeling pretty good. Had a little excitement today when the fire alarm went off in the hotel. Dave enjoyed talking to the firemen and checking out their equipment! Someone had been smoking near a smoke alarm (it's a non-smoking hotel)and set it off. I believe it's a $500 fine! Tomorrow more lab and we have an appointment to see the transplant doctor. We will get a new schedule for the week, which is going to be full of staging tests. Should be another full week.

  1. Hi Dave and Jennifer,

This is great - glad you are doing it. Talked to your brother at the benefit Dave - he was worried he'd have to give you some stem cells - glad you came thru!!!

The benefit was a great show of support - wish you could have been there. Bruce Suenram drove over from Helena - and back that night. That's pretty darn nice.

    Keep up the good fight!!!

    Holler if you need anything.

  2. Hi Dave and Jennifer, I think the Fire Alarm was "just a test, to see your response time" (a good fireman is always prepared). This site is great, thanks for the email. Keep that blood count up! Your looking great!!

  6. Hi David and Jennifer,
I was happy to hear that Molly and the kids are there with you. I was kind of worried that if you got stem cells from Richard that you would go gomer on us(just kidding Rich). Anyway, Maureen and I are looking forward to seeing both of you next month.
    We love and miss you
    Craig, Maureen, and the boys
